The order the fields appear in the object can be changed by moving certain fields to a another position. To move a field tap on until the cut and insert buttons appear. Tap on the right button (cut) of the line that you want to move, then tap on the left button (insert) of the line above which the field shall be inserted. The changes must be saved with or . Note: In the left hander version the cut and insert buttons are swapped: |

To clear a field line (field name and entry) in the object form set the focus to the name or to the entry (by tapping on either) and then tap the clear button . If an object with an empty line is saved the line will be removed. |

In the object form enter the fields name into an empty field line and then tap the list managing button . If the name does not already exist the Assign List form opens. Tap on Ok to assign a new (and still empty) list to the field. Instead of using its own new item list a global field can also share an already existing list of another global field. For example in a project database there may be fields for different tasks and the field entries are the persons that are responsible for the task. So, all task fields could refer to the same list of names. To assign the item list of an existing field to a new field select the name of the existing field from the popup list in the Assign List form and tap Ok. |

Set the focus to the field name (by tapping on the name) and then tap on the list managing button . A list details dialog opens. Tap on Delete List. Deleting a global field means it will be deleted from the list database and thus from all objects that use it. |

Tap on until the note and link buttons
appear, then tap on the note symbol

The full note symbol indicates that the
field does already have a non empty note
that can be edited. After having changed a note the object must be saved by

Tap on until the popup list buttons appear. Tap on the left in the appropriate line to popup the list and select a field. |
