To draw a continuous line (e.g. a polygon) tap on the button, then make a series of taps in the drawing area to define the vertices of the line. Tapping twice on the same point terminates the line. |

to insert a text object tap on the button. A text field appears where up to 31 characters of text can be entered. With PalmOS version 3.5 and higher the button at the lower right can be used to choose between three possible text orientations and canceling the text object. The drawing functions for line, continuous line, ellipse and rectangle can be used in a repeat mode by tapping twice on the respective button ( ). The repeat mode is indicated by an inverted display of the respective button ( ). In the repeat mode a series of objects can be drawn without tapping the draw button for each object. The repeat mode is left by tapping on one of the buttons again. |

Tap on the line type select button to pop up a menu with 6 different styles for lines and for the border of rectangles and circles. Tap on the appropriate icon to set the line type for the following drawing operations. The menu closes and the button changes its symbol according to the selected line type: |

The display can be scrolled in horizontal and vertical direction. Vertical scrolling is performed with the scroll buttons of your palm device. Horizontal scrolling is performed via graffiti strokes: a stroke from the left to the right (white space) scrolls to the right, a stroke from the right to the left (backspace) scrolls to the left. The maximum sketch size is 640x640 pixel (4 times the display size vertically and horizontally). |
